I am a dog photographer, dog lover and the proud owner of four German shepherd dogs and they are probably the most photographed dogs in the country. They are very used to being photographed both indoors and outdoors which makes them the perfect models for my practical sessions.
My dog photographer talks and practical sessions are tailored for anyone who has a dog, a camera and a club or organisation that uses either or both!
I can come to your dog training club and take photographs of the dogs and I can teach your members how to take excellent photographs of their dogs. Whether your club is a dog obedience club, a dog agility club or a dog flyball club there will be excellent opportunities to teach you haw to master the light to produce images you will be proud to say you have taken!
I can come to your camera club and either give a talk of photographing dogs or I can bring my dogs and we can have an outdoor and indoor practical workshop. This presents a real challenge as the requirements for shooting inside are very different to those for shooting outside and knowing how to change your settings and composition to suit the conditions is an essential part of being a dog photographer.
Photographing dogs is a very challenging subject and requires skill, understanding and knowledge of both the dog and your camera! I can help you improve your skills, your understanding of dogs and your camera and you will be able to see a dramatic improvement in your skills as a dog photographer.
The talk lasts an hour and the practical sessions can last up to two hours so you can decide what will work best for you and your club and the interests of your members.
